Detox liver, Kidney, Sweat it out, Repeat
Stimulating the liver, the kidneys and intestines to drive toxins out is vital for detox success. What is even more important is REPEAT, repeating this process many times in your lifetime is critical. One detox won’t fix a lifetime of “toxin neglect”.
There are all sorts of ways to stimulate organs to help clean themselves and the entire body. Let’s talk about vegetable juicing and herbs that help do this. The liver, kidneys and intestines are key organs that move toxins out of the body, so we need to proactively stimulate them to complete the cleanse. By selecting and combining vegetables in juice, we can create a cocktail that cleanse the body. The following vegetables have great detox properties: celery, cucumber, kale, spinach, parsley, beets, and carrots. Herbs like milk thistle, artichoke, curcumin and dandelion can also be used to detox the body during a short or long detox.
Sweat it, till you get it.
Moving toxins via the skin is another great way to detox the body. So during a detox engage in exercise that will make you sweat, you might even want to consider doing hot yoga to allow your body to stretch and sweat.
Using a far infrared sauna is a clever way to trick the toxin out of your body and it requires very little effort. All it takes is finding a sauna you can sit in and doing the treatment for 30 minutes. Effortless for maximum detox.
Be careful.
A short three or five-day detox is generally safe and in fact scientific studies have shown that these short cleanses do have tremendous health benefits. If you feel like you need guidance with a detoxification program you should consider seeing finding an expert of pro like myself to help guide you through this process.
Nursing mother, pregnant women, children and patients with cancer and constipation should not be doing any sort of detoxification
I want you to think of that detox challenge, the way you think about cleaning your house. Occasional you need invest a little bit more time and effort to get your house clean. A detox program is just that, a little bit more time and attention placed on your body to get it clean and in optimum health. Good luck on your journey to a cleaner and meaner body.
I love what I do. And even more, I love helping my patients rock their detox so that they can get healthy too. If you’re ready to rock your detox, then let’s start with a free 15 minute detox conversation, book online now.

Should I stay in the infrared sauna for the whole 30 minutes for the first time?
