Massage Therapy

Massage Therapy provides a complementary health option to help improve your health often related to soft tissue discomfort associated with everyday muscular over-use. Massage therapy is the manipulation of the soft tissues of the body to gain a therapeutic response. If treatment begins early, the development of chronic painful muscles associated with trauma and injury can be significantly reduced.

Many of today's health problems upset the delicate balance of our bodies. Regaining this balance using massage therapy helps restore the overall well being the body. Massage therapy is safe and effective and can benefit people of all ages and conditions.
Our registered massage therapists (RMT) are members of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and are licensed and registered under the Regulated Health Professions Act (RHPA).

Please check your individual extended health care plans. Massage therapy is not covered by OHIP, many private insurance companies provide full or partial coverage.

Hot Stone Therapy

Hot stone massage is a treatment that is offered at Naturopathic Elements. Hot stone can be used solely as therapeutic, relaxation or a combination of the two. The physiological benefits of alternating hot and cold to the body have long been scientifically and medically proven. This unique form of massage utilizes 54 hot stones, 18 frozen stones. Beyond deep relaxation, grounding, balancing, and releasing of blocked memories frequently occur. This 'vascular gymnastics' of the circulatory system assists the body in self-healing.

Your regular massage will relieve muscle stress & tension, reduce aches and pain, improve overall physical health. Make it a ritual, a natural approach to good health.
