Dr. Markou likes to understand the patient and all the factors, which impact on his/her health. He will take an in-depth patient history. In addition, the information from a physical exam and laboratory tests may assist in making an assessment and diagnosis.

Dr. Markou offers a wide variety of lab services to facilitate adiagnostic assessment and monitor treatment progress. Listed here are a just a few of the more specialized tests offered and the primary use of each. Not all of our patients require lab testing, but when it is appropriate, the right lab test(s) will help us determine the best course of action for your specific health concerns.

Coupled with a detailed health history intake and physical examination, we firmly believe that lab testing is an important element of obtaining comprehensive diagnosis and for treatment monitoring purposes when necessary.
