FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How long will I need to be under Chiropractic care?

It depends on the individual. We recommend continued check-ups even after the pain for which you may have sought treatment has seemingly disappeared. Part of staying healthy is regular exercise, proper rest & nutrition, and making sure your body's systems are functioning without impediment.

Most patients find that periodic check-ups help keep them in optimum shape. Especially those who are active, have stressful jobs, or who simply want to be at their best. Others will only visit a Chiropractor when their pain becomes unmanageable. This style of crisis management generally is more costly and time consuming, as a more comprehensive series of treatments is necessary to get them back on their feet.

In the end, it is a matter of personal choice, whether you wish Chiropractic care to be a short-term "I need relief now'' method of treatment, or a long-term "I want to always feel better" maintenance of good health.
